Step 1

Check your email for your appointment confirmation (sent to the email address provided). Remember to check your SPAM folder if you cannot see it.

Step 2

Block 60-minutes out of your schedule. While the appointment is set for 45 minutes, this extra time gives us freedom to go a little over if needed.

Step 3

Set yourself a 20 minute notification reminder to freshen up and grab your favourite beverage (Coffee for me), and get ready to Rock'n'Roll!
